Some of our Dior products are available for purchase on our Dior Online Boutique – dior.co.nz.In order to check the availability of an item, search or browse the site and select the product that interests you and click on it. This will result in one of two things:
If the "order" button appears, this means that you can order it online. Please be aware that only the available sizes will be displayed.
It is, however, possible that the item you are looking for is out of stock for online purchase, in which case it will be marked "out of stock".
You can contact our Customer Service, where our advisers will be delighted to assist you if you cannot find a particular item.
Once you have found the product that interests you:
- select the quantity that you want to order (a maximum limit of 3 units applies per product)
- add your engraving message (if this option is available for the item you want to order)
- click the "add to cart" button (your shopping cart will display)
- choose your 2 complimentary samples
Continue Shopping and when you’re ready to complete your order click the “cart icon” at the top of the page or click “complete the order” on any product page to go to Checkout.
On the “checkout” page, check your order items are correct, confirm your product engraving message is correct (if applicable), view your two complimentary samples, and add a complimentary gift card message if you would like to personalise your order as a gift. Add your contact information, shipping address and marketing opt-in preferences, then add your billing address and payment details. Please check the order summary to confirm all information in your order is correct and then click “place order”.
If your payment is successful and your order has been received by Dior, an Order Confirmation page with your order confirmation number will display on the website. You will also immediately be sent an order confirmation & receipt email to the email address you entered when you placed your order.
We have a selection of Dior favourites, new products and best-selling fragrance, makeup and skincare products online. If the product you would like to purchase is not available on dior.co.nz or you would like to purchase these items in-store, please check “Store Locator” for your nearest Dior Boutique or Dior Counter.
Currently Dior are unable to notify you when an out of stock product is back on stock. This feature will be added to the dior.co.nz website soon.
Currently you have two ways to sign up and be contacted by Parfums Christian Dior by email (and other options) to receive Dior Newsletters, personalized information on Dior products and services, invitations to events and marketing surveys in relation to Fragrance & Beauty.

If you entered a mobile number, we will immediately send you a SMS message to that mobile number with your verification code. Please enter the verification code on the Newsletter page to complete sign up.
If not, you will see the Dior Newsletter thank you page to confirm we have received your details.
If you are ready to complete your order on dior.co.nz, once you are at Checkout you can opt-in and sign up to the Dior Newsletter.
You will immediately be signed up and start to be contacted by Parfums Christian Dior.
Once your first order is placed, you are invited to receive an exclusive Deluxe Miniature Gift upon your second Dior Beauty purchase. Your individual redeemable code can be located on your Order Confirmation page or Order Confirmation email. Enter your code at checkout, to redeem this exclusive gift. For all orders placed on our dior.co.nz website, you will receive an order confirmation & tax invoice by email immediately after you place your order. You can also get a hard copy of your receipt from your customer account on the dior.co.nz website by visiting the My Orders section then clicking on the order receipt you wish to print.
If you placed your order as a guest, your order confirmation & receipt will be sent by email. Should you wish to obtain a duplicate receipt, please contact our Customer Service.
All transactions completed on the dior.co.nz website are secure and a SSL encryption system is in place to protect personal data and payment information. In addition, Dior makes a commitment to our customers not to save any credit card information.
Finally, we reinforce the security of payments by means of a 3D Secure system for Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards that are equipped for this. An additional step is taken at the time of payment, which enables verification of the identity of the credit card holder and validation of the transaction.
Each bank has its own authentication. For any question regarding your 3D Secure code, please contact your bank directly.
Parfums Christian Dior lets you personalise its creations, giving you a unique and precious experience. This special service is available on dior.co.nz for selected products. If a product can be engraved, there will be a message on the product page to “Personalise your product” where you will ‘enter and confirm’ the personalised message to be engraved. Please note, no emoji accepted.
An engraving price of $15 per item will apply to each product to be engraved. Engraved products cannot be returned.
The Dior Online Boutique offers two complimentary samples with all online orders via dior.co.nz, which you can add to your cart before checkout.
If you are sending your Dior Online Boutique order as a gift we offer complimentary gift cards for all orders. You can add a gift card and your personalised message when you begin checkout.
Your order will be presented in an iconic Dior gift box or gift clutch and accompanied by a personalised message if you choose to send it as a gift.
There is a maximum limit of 3 items of the same product per order on the Dior Online Boutique via dior.co.nz
DHL Express imposes strict regulations for the international transportation of products with a Dangerous Goods classification, such as fragrances and fragrance products, and nail polish. To meet the DHL Express and International Air Transportation Association shipping requirements, the Dior Online Boutique has put a limit of 500ml total per online order for all fragrances and fragrance products. If the fragrances and/or fragrance products or other dangerous goods classified products in your order exceed 500ml, you will be prompted on how to adjust your order items so the total weight of all the fragrance products in your order is 500ml or below. Simply add items to your shopping bag and begin the check-out process. During the Payment stage, please enter your promotion code in the box provided and click Apply. If you are having issues using the coupon code, please contact our Customer Service advisors who will be happy to assist.
Your order confirmation number is printed at the top of the order confirmation & receipt email that was sent to the email address you entered when you placed your order on the dior.co.nz website. If you cannot find the email in your inbox, please check your SPAM and promotion folders.
If you placed an order via your Dior customer account or created an account on dior.co.nz when you placed your order, log in to My Account then click on my orders. You will then be able to find your order and order confirmation number.

This same tracking number was also sent to you with your shipping confirmation email, enter it on the DHL Express website to track your order.
If you placed your order as a guest, please contact our Customer Service, where our advisers will be pleased to share the status of your order with you.
Cancelled Orders: the order has been cancelled due to lack of availability of the product. It is also possible that payment of your order has not been validated.
Pending Orders: payment for the order has not been finalised. A Customer Service adviser will contact you as soon as possible to assist you with your order.
In Preparation: the order has been validated and is being prepared.
Shipping: your order has been shipped. You will receive an email with your tracking information.
Completed: the order has been shipped to the delivery address that you provided when you placed your order online. You can track your order using the tracking number provided in the order confirmation email at the following: DHL Express website

Express Parcel shipping (by air) is not available for orders with fragrance products and/or fragrance samples due to their dangerous goods classification by Australia Post. Orders containing fragrance products or fragrance samples must be shipped by Standard Post (by road).
DHL Express Shipping Orders

dior.co.nz orders are shipped via DHL Express to New Zealand addresses only. DHL Express shipping is available to P.O. Box addresses. Orders placed on the dior.co.nz website cannot be shipped internationally. Orders placed on the dior.co.nz website cannot be collected directly from a Dior Boutique or a Dior Counter.
All Dior Online Boutique orders must be signed for on delivery.
dior.co.nz ships via DHL Express website.

You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Delivery times are based on orders placed before 9am NZDT:
- Order processing and shipping are done only on weekdays (not including New Zealand public holidays).
- Dior will notify you when the order is shipped.
- Engraved products may not be returned under the 30 day Returns policy.
- Shipping may take additional time during holidays and extreme weather conditions.
- Your shipping address cannot be changed once order is placed. Dior is not liable for incorrect address on the invoice.
- • Shipping outside AKL, WLG, CHC Metro area or other remote and rural areas may take 1-2 days longer.
- All orders must be signed for on delivery
Orders placed by 9am (NZDT) will be processed on the same business day. Orders placed after 9am (NZDT) will be processed and shipped on the following business day. Orders received on Friday after 9am, Saturday, Sunday, and New Zealand Bank/Public holidays will be processed on the following business day and then delivery time will be applied.
All Dior Online Boutique orders must be signed for on delivery. If you’re not available to receive your package upon delivery, DHL Express will leave a “Delivery Attempt card” in your mailbox. Please contact DHL Express on the number printed on the delivery attempt card should you need to enquire about your package delivery.
DHL Express Shipping Orders

In the event you are not completely satisfied with your Dior purchase, complimentary returns are offered within 30 days of the delivery date.
We are unable to accept returns or process a refund for any engraved products, unless the engraved item is damaged or faulty. All returns must be sent back to the Dior online distribution centre within 7 days of contacting Customer Service. Partial and full refunds for online orders can be processed by Dior.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items in your order must be returned to Dior by downloading the Returns Form. Upon receipt of the returned goods, they will be assessed by Dior Customer Service and we will contact you to arrange for the replacement item/s to be sent with complimentary delivery, for an exchange or refund.
Any items returned due to change of mind must be unopened and unused. We recommend you use the original packaging for returning the order. These items must be returned to Dior by downloading the Returns Form. Upon receipt of the returned goods, they will be assessed by Dior Customer Service and we will contact you to arrange a refund. We are unable to exchange any items for change of mind.
This policy is only applicable to purchases made online via the Dior Online Boutique - dior.co.nz website. For purchases made in-store at a Dior Counter or a Dior Boutique please refer to the original place of purchase to obtain an exchange or return.
This policy does not affect your rights under law as a consumer, which apply in addition..

Customer Service will assess and validate the return of any product(s) and assist you with the return of the item.
a) Contact Customer Service
Contact Dior Customer Service on 0800 947 905 (Monday – Friday 11:30am - 7:30pm NZDT, excluding New Zealand Bank/Public Holidays). Customer Service will assess and validate the return and arrange a NZ Post Prepaid Satchel to be sent to the address you entered when you placed your order.
b) Complete the Necessary Documentation
Download, print and complete the PDF Returns Form, which can be accessed by clicking here with all required information to be filled out. Please ensure you enclose the Return Form with the return parcel.
c) Use the NZ Post Prepaid Satchel
Place the Returns Form and the products to return into the reusable Dior Outer Box that you received your order in. On the inside flap of the Dior Outer Box is a 3M Sealable Strip to use to reseal the parcel. Place the Dior Outer Box into the NZ Post Prepaid Satchel and drop off to a NZ Post Office to return your order to the Dior Boutique in Commercial Bay, Auckland. The satchel will be pre-addressed and prepaid.
d) Processing the Return
Refunds and replacements will be processed within 5 working days of receipt of the returned items. Replacements will be sent via New Zealand Parcel Post standard shipping. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery. You will receive a confirmation email notification or phone call from Dior Customer Service.
